Invitation to celebrate Diwali extends to all
HINDUS in Leamington are inviting people to celebrate the festival of Diwali next week.
Anyone can visit the Shree Krishna Mandir in High Street on Tuesday from 7am to 7pm to light lamps and see the Diwali decorations.
Tarsem Gupta, executive member of the temple committee, said: “The message of Diwali is very clear to us. When there is economical, political and social unrest in the world, we should live in peace and show love for one another.”
There will also be a celebration at North Leamington School on November 17 from 6pm. Admission is free.
