Jephson Gardens to become Hive of Activity for children on Sunday
The Hive of Activity event, organsied by Warwick District Council’s Green Spaces team, will run from 11am to 4pm.
Children can watch live beekeeping demonstrations and make some candles from bees’ wax with the Warwick and Leamington Beekeepers.

Hide AdFalconer Bob Edwards and the Worcester Barn Owl Conservation Group will also be showing off their magnificent birds.
A minibeast roadshow including snakes, spiders, lizards and creepy crawlies will also be there for children to handle and there will also be ferret racing.
Cllr David Shilton, who is the portfolio holder for the district’s parks and gardens, said: “We’re delighted to enable local children to learn first-hand about the importance of wildlife, nature and the environment through our free events and activities at Jephson Gardens this summer.
As well as this Hive of Activity event there is a Jungle Club every Tuesday during the school holidays a bat walk and the new Sensory Garden.
