Participants can hire a bike for an hour for £7 for as many hours as they like during the day, with all proceeds going to the charity, and are encouraged to raise sponsorship funds as well. There will also be prostate cancer information available on the day. To register, call the Nuffield Health Centre on 01926 676419.
