‘Leaders’ of the future gain inspiration from Dion Dublin

FOOTBALL professional Dion Dublin joined young people in Leamington who spent a week gaining new skills on a course run by Warwickshire Police.

The former England and Leicester City footballer spoke about how he achieved his goals at the ‘Natural Born leaders’ programme, which took place at North Leamington School during half term.

The course is designed to give 16 to 18-year-olds - mostly from minority groups - leadership, communications and presentation skills and help them in decision-making, resolving conflicts and working in teams.
