The event, taking place at the church in Dormer Place from 10.30am to 3pm is an opportunity for people to see what is being done to improve the environment.

Organisations such as Action 21 and Canalside will showcase the work they are doing and there will be goods and items for sale and workshops and activities for adults and children.

Jenny Armstrong one of the organisers said ‘“It is an unusual event and promises to be a lot of fun as well as serve a serious purpose.”
