Leamington In Bloom is launched

BUDDING horticulturists and green-fingered gardeners are again being invited to take part in the Leamington in Bloom competition.

Members of the competition committee held a launch event at the Royal Priors on Saturday at which they gave advice to would be contestants and handed out entry forms.

Sunflower seeds, donated by Webbs at Ryton Gardens, are again being given away to children for this section of the competition.

The trains will be launched at the gardens on June 25.

Last year Leamington won gold in the Heart of England in Bloom competition

Entry forms can be found at the information centre at the Pump Room and in the town hall, and can be downloaded from Leamington town council’s website.
