The expansion of Tustains Jewellers in Regent Street, which has been based in the town since 1895, should see its workforce increase from 10 to up to 13 once the four-week refurbishment is completed.

Tom Milner, co-director of the Regent Street jewellers, said: “This is a very exciting time for Tustains and we are delighted to be able to announce a major investment in our Leamington store.

“We will be tripling the size of our showroom, creating more space to accommodate the world’s very best brands.

“This development not only helps us to grow as a business, but it also cements our commitment to the town.

“Tustains has a long and proud history spanning 120 years and just over the last five years we have seen the business go from strength-to-strength.

“We want to ensure that we continue to grow and this investment will ensure that we do.”

The jewellers was acquired by Tom and his brother Joe five years ago, and under their ownership demand for luxury watches significantly increased, meaning an expansion of their showroom was needed.

The store recently sponsored Dallas Burston Polo Club in Southam, which will continue into 2016.

The partnership saw the jewellers present the Emily Rose Bowl trophy as well as watch prizes to the winners of the Ladies 10 Goal Polo tournament during last year’s Polo in the Park day.
