Leamington man charged with murder after Bath Street death
A MAN has appeared in court accused of the murder of a Leamington man.
Police investigating the death of 40-year old Paul William Carscadden in Bath Street, Leamington on Friday June 24, have charged 47-year old Ian Chaundy with murder.
Mr Chaundy, of Avenue Road, Leamington, was charged when he attended Leamington police station. He appeared before magistrates at Warwickshire Justice Centre on Tuesday and was remanded in custody overnight, before being granted bail at Warwick Crown Court on Wednesday.
Mr Carscadden died of his injuries after he was in collision with a bus in Bath Street, Leamington at 11.30pm on Friday June 24.
