Lillington pupils hold Jumble sale for Clic Sargent
Friends at Lillington Nursery and Primary School showed they had big hearts by holding a fundraising jumble sale to support a good cause.
Amy, Daisy, Mia, Alicia, Utku and Tegan held the event on February 7 in aid of CLIC Sargent which helps and supports children and young people with cancer and their parents.
Alicia, a year 6 pupil, lost her two-year-old cousin to cancer last March a wanted to say thank you to the charity for making the last few months of his life enjoyable and for keeping a smile on his face until the end.
The sale raised £112 for the charity.
