Man banned from begging in town centre
A Lillington man has been prevented from begging in areas of the town after being issued with a police order.
Neil Cowling, 39 who lives in Newland Road, was served with a Criminal Behaviour Order on April 21.
The order, which will last for two years, prevents him from sitting on the pavement in certain areas of Leamington and asking for money.
He is specifically not able to put items such as a cap, cup or newspaper out in front of him so it is believed that he is begging.
