Man dies in collision near Leamington
A TEENAGER has died after being struck by a taxi near Leamington in the early hours of today (Friday).
An ambulance, along with a paramedic area support officer in a rapid response vehicle, was called to Kenilworth Road in Old Milverton at 3.45am, where they found the damaged car and the 18-year-old man lying between the road’s junctions with Old Milverton Lane and Northumberland Road, near Woodlands Grange.
He was confirmed dead at the scene.
Anyone who saw the taxi or the man before the collision, as well as any witnesses to the incident itself, should call police on 415415.
