Man dies in crash near Kineton

An ambulance crew was called to the scene in Stratford Road in Ettington at around 4.10pm to find the motorcycle the man had been riding, a red Suzuki, had been in collision with a blue Range Rover.

Bystanders were attempting to resuscitate him by the ambulance and rapid response vehicle arrived. The crew took over, but sadly the man was declared dead at the scene.

Any witnesses to the collision or anyone who saw either vehicle before it occurred should call police on 415415.

Officers are particularly keen to locate the driver of a white van who was travelling towards Stratford on the A422 in front of the Range Rover.
