Man flashed red knickers to women
“DO you like my panties?” a Leamington man asked an unsuspecting woman as he pulled down his trousers to reveal the red women’s underwear he was sporting.
This was not the first time Roger George Bannister, of St Mary’s Road, had indecently exposed himself in public. The 42-year-old has been ordered to take part in a community sex offender programme for 106 days for four counts of revealing the red underwear to women - three of whom he pursued in the street, while he approached the other woman at her home - between November and January this year.
Then in February Bannister exposed his genitals in public and ten days later he approached a woman in a car park and masturbated. After appearing before magistrates at the Warwickshire Justice Centre in Leamington on June 27, he was also ordered to pay £375 compensation and £100 court costs.
