New nursery in Harbury was voted in

Following an article in last week’s Courier, we could like to make it clear that planning consent was in fact granted to convert the former Dog Inn in Harbury into a Banana Moon nursery. The item was not deferred as was incorrectly stated in the article.

Councillors on Stratford District Council’s planning committee voted in favour of the plan by eight votes to one at their meeting on December 4.

Lucy Nealon, of the nursery, said: “We are very pleased that the application received such overwhelming approval and look forward to offering full wrap-around childcare within Harbury. Our efforts are now totally focused on developing the most caring and stimulating environment possible for children.”

Any parents interested in enrolling their child or anyone else who would like to find out more can contact Banana Moon on 338497.
