New Year, New You event for over-50s in Warwick district
People aged 50 and over in Warwick district can find out about opportunities to meet people at a drop-in event at Leamington town hall on Thursday (January 16).
Older People In Action is running the ‘New Year, New You!’ event from 11am to 3pm. Chairman of the charity Danaë Sheridan said: “After the Christmas and new year festivities, this time of year can be particularly difficult for many people. By joining an organisation such as Older People in Action, or other activity or social groups, older people can enhance their physical health and mental well-being.”
