Noodle bar opens in Leamington this week

A TASTE of Japan is arriving in Leamington town centre on Saturday as the largest branch to date of the noodle restaurant chain Wagamama opens in the Parade.

The new restaurant will be the first in the country to include a bar, where customers will be able to order special cocktails - including a raspberry mule and ginger lychee martini - designed to complete the Japanese-inspired menu.

The branch will also be the first outside London to offer Wagamama’s new full sushi menu.

The restaurant has worked with Leamington conservation architects to refurbish the grade II* listed building.

Director of marketing, Ingrid Williamson, said: “After much anticipation and planning, we are so excited to be opening in Leamington Spa and to launch our first bar in one of our restaurants.

“We are looking forward to welcoming Leamington residents to our sleek and stylish new surroundings, complete with summer specials and sushi offering. Our menu has something for everyone, so we are anticipating a large influx of hungry diners in the coming weeks and look forward to converting a few new food fans to the Wagamama way!”
