Olivia captures the first burst of spring

Seven-year-old schoolgirl Olivia Aranha was awarded the £25 first prize in the infants section of Warwick Rotary’s annual photography competition on the theme of New Life.

The youngster from St Joseph’s Primary School in Whitnash took a lovely snap of garden flowers. First prize in the intermediate section went to 12-year-old Kate Goodbourn, from Warwick, who attends King’s High School and snapped a skipping spring lamb. The runner up was Lucy Jevons, from Kenilworth, who captured a beautiful snowdrop.
