A new venue would solve two problems

As Leamington is desperately short of housing and the suggestion to convert the Kingsway Community Centre into low cost flats seems a viable move, perhaps those fighting to save the community centre would be appeased if the district council came up with another venue for the community centre, thereby killing two birds with one stone. - Pam Thomas, via email.
