Keep the parking fees the same and come down heavier on those who see double yellow lines as their own personal parking spaces.
Drivers park on double yellows because it’s cheaper than car parks and they never get nicked And that includes those who have disability badges, who regularly block exits and entrances. These people need to be stopped from abusing their blue badge and use the car park spaces provided.
