Increase in housing is not needed
In the process it is potentially spending valuable money, which the local community could use, in an effort to get this not required proposal through.
Can someone tell me who do I complain to that can ensure the council adheres to policy, not just does what it wants?

This has resulted in many houses being returned to the community for non students to either rent privately or via DSS, or the owner has sold them to local families to occupy. As the demand from students has decreased because of these purpose built developments and the national decrease in student numbers due to the increase in fees, further student houses should become available as landlords fail to get students to rent them.
Thus I feel that the demand for this level of development will not be required. - Mr J S Kandola, Leicester Lane, Leamington.
