New leader needs to unite

The view from this part of the district is that Warwick District Council is divided and out of step with its community over the local plan and planning decisions. So, is this not the opportunity for them to find a leader who is able to unite the council and heal the divisions between the various factors within the Tory group?

Would it also be too much to hope that they would also find one who would work with and look after the interests of all the communities who elected them rather than, seemingly, always to be in conflict with large sections of them?
