News homes = more tax?
Forgive my cynicism, but is it possible that the district council’s enthusiasm for allowing the building of 12,900 new homes is connected to the resulting £2million a year increase in council tax revenue?
This will certainly help pay for the new council offices planned for the Spa Centre site.
