Same developer same colour
I agree with Graham K. Beattie (Postbag, January 13) that “the problem with Livery Street is the colourless people who decreed it should be sterile and neutral”.
One of the many problems with the Clarendon Arcade is that the developers, Wilson Bowden, are the same people who were responsible for Livery Street.
