May I, through your columns, thank everyone who supported or attended our recent flower festival on the theme of wedding anniversaries? We are especially grateful to the RLS Flower Club, and to the other arrangers; to our sponsors; and to those who lent treasured wedding items for display.
The weekend was excellent, and it was heart-warming to see the enjoyment it brought to many visitors. Holding the theme of love and commitment alongside the remembrance of 9/11 on Sunday morning was particularly poignant and I would also like to thank our church musicians for their contribution. - Christopher Wilson, All Saints’ Parish Church, Leamington.
