We’re grateful for excellent care
We wish to record our grateful thanks to the staff from the Avon Ward at Warwick Hospital. At the time of our wife/mother’s admission the operation of the staff was professional, caring and attentive which was greatly received.
Our thanks must go specifically to Dr Okafor whose manner was composed and always professional. He was always calm and collected when explaining the diagnosis and treatment of Anne. The nursing staff were simply lovely and this whole caring theme flowed throughout the ward to the domestics and the porters.
We would also like to say that the ward was exceptionally clean, by which we were very impressed. Please convey our thanks to everyone on the ward and let them know that Anne is rehabilitating well at home.
