Why the late charges?

What a wonderful evening at the Spa Centre watching so many dedicated adults in Side by Side’s Dancing in the Moonlight. We left feeling so happy and full of admiration for all involved. How sad to see that parking in the area around the theatre is still paying until 8pm when most shows start at 7.30! I thought we were anxious to keep the Spa Centre alive?
