Opponents to 5,000 new homes speak out

Campaigners against a proposal to build around 5,000 new homes on land near Lighthorne and Gaydon have handed in 134 letters of objection to Stratford District Council to urge councillors to reject the plan.

Members of the campaign group FORSE (Friends Of a Rural and Sustainable Environment) collected the responses from villages in the area to get them to the council in time for last Friday’s deadline.
