Out with the old, in with new...
A PASSER-BY looks on as the old Ford Foundry site crumbles into dust ahead of a multi-million pound supermarket and hotel development.
Last year London-based developers Trilogy won planning consent to clear the contaminated land - which held a foundry for more than 100 years - to make way for a Morrison’s supermaket followed by 120-bedroom hotel.
The store and a 500-space car park, is due to open in Princes Drive, Leamington, by the end of this year or the beginning of 2013.
