Refreshments will be served by a team of trained and friendly volunteer listeners.

Participants attend six sessions and hopefully develop friendship and support networks that enable them to move on from the group.

If attendees still feel they need support beyond the six month period the group says it will endeavour to signpost and help them access further appropriate support.

Previous attendee Lin said: “It made the world of difference to me, I never thought I’d get out my feelings and despair but the sessions they offered really helped me to turn a corner.”
