As well as aiming to make people smile, Josh is also using this opportunity to help raise money for charity.

He said: "I wanted to do something to raise money for MIND to help raise people's awareness of mental health during this difficult time. Charities have been hit hard as they can't fundraise in their usual way.

"I decided that dressing up and doing my paper round and doing my allowed exercise time dressed as a T-Rex may help people smile and also help raise a little money towards this good cause.

"It was good fun but not without its challenges.

"I enjoyed making people smile and hope that some money can be raised to help out this amazing charity."

The Kenilworth School pupil has had a paper round for two years.

Ruth Gibbins, Jack's mum, said: "His route covers Fishponds, Clinton and St. John's area as well as the Almanac.

"Since Covid-19 he has taken on a round to help out Kenilworth News and Fieldgate Post Office. His new round ranges from Upper Rosemary Hill to past Kenilworth School.

"He is very aware that many charities are struggling due to several fundraising events being cancelled.

"Mental health is a huge issue every day for many people but made a lot worse by being isolated and being afraid of the unknown. MIND is a charity that has helped support people Josh knows.

"I am so incredibly proud of Josh and the way he wants to help other people during this time."

Josh is looking to wear his dinosaur suit for a part of each of his rounds each day.
