Harbury man's name will go on super bikes in support of charity team

On June 16th 2019, father-of-two Richard Lynch, 43, suffered a cardiac arrest at home and died with his family by his side at University Hospital Coventry the next day.Since then his wife Ann organised a fundraising campaign to have a replacement automated external defibrillator (AED) installed in the village.

And she also organised for free cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) classes to take place in the village.

She has now been in contact with True Heroes Racing, a motorcycle race team dedicated to supporting wounded, injured and sick UK service personnel and veterans who are putting Richard's name on all five of their motorcycles across three classes, and she has set up a Gofundme page for donations to the cause.

Ann said: "Richard was bike mad."
