Illegal food delivery scooter seized after collision in Rugby

PC Macdonald saw the incident in Oliver Street in front of a takeaway restaurant.

All parties were uninjured and only minor damage had occurred.

Upon completing further checks, the food delivery scooter was found to have no business insurance and no tax.

The scooter was seized and reported for the offences.
