Kenilworth resident continues to dress up to take the bins out to make people smile

He has worn a variety of costumes over the last few weeks

A Kenilworth resident is continuing to dress up to take out the bins to make people smile.

Phil Webb, who lives in Clarke's Avenue, has been dressing up for seven weeks.

Last week Phil opted for an American army sergeant and this week he has gone for a masquerade costume.

In previous weeks has dressed up as Father Christmas, the Red Nose Day Man, a wizard, a pirate and Scream.
