But due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the charity's fundraising events and activities for the coming months have been cancelled or postponed.

"We have had to temporarily close all our 27 charity shops and suspend our fundraising activities, and we are genuinely concerned that we won't be able to raise the £750,000 that we need every month.

"If people are able to make a donation - even a small amount would make a big difference - please go on online visit our urgent appeal page at www.mytonhospice.org/appeal."

The club has itself had to cancel many fundraising events which is uses to support its chosen charities around the town including its annual dinner and Cars at the Spa.
