Opus Land will be carrying out the development of the site on behalf of Rybrook BMW, which is part of a much larger community development project of a hotel, community stadium, athletics track, new schools, community and neighbourhood centre, new park and more than 1,100 homes as well as extensive highway and footpath/cycling improvements.

The plans for the new Rybrook Warwick BMW Centre, which is relocating from its current Heathcote Lane dealership to this new 'super site', include a brand new state-of-the-art workshop with increased MOT and servicing facilities, office space, staff facilities, spacious indoor showroom facilities to showcase the latest BMW products, extensive outdoor car display area and customer parking.

This deal brings Rybrook’s total investment into the district to around £13million.

Construction is due to complete January 2022.
