Overnight closure announced for stretch of road near Barford
An overnight closure has been announced for a stretch of road near the village of Barford.
Warwickshire County Council has made a Temporary Traffic Order for the A452 Old Warwick Bypass in Barford.
The road will be closed to all vehicles “to enable overnight bridge inspection works”.
The closure is due to be in place from 10pm on Thursday February 19 until 6am on Friday February 20.
Warwickshire County Council has issued a diversion for the road closure. It will be advising motorists to travel using the M40, Banbury Road, Old Warwick Bypass and vice versa.
According to the council, the contractor for the work will be Core Highways (Regions) Ltd, who can be contacted on: 03300 433 030.
