Despite lockdown, streets across the Warwick district will still be celebrating the 75th anniversary of VE Day on Friday (May 8) and over the whole bank holiday weekend.

Pictured here is Saville Grove in Kenilworth which has been decorated in a socially distanced manner by all the residents.

The event will be celebrated with a toast, wartime music, 1940’s theme, red/white/blue clothing, afternoon tea and driveway bingo.

Celebrations will involve all residents from toddlers to age 97 years!

Residents said Saville Grove prides itself on its community spirit.
