Police discover learner driver behind wheel of car in Rugby with no insurance

Police in Rugby stopped and seized this Kia Rio and found the driver had no insurance.
After pulling over the car in Boughton Road, police also discovered the driver was on a provisional licence without L plates or supervision.
The driver was reported to court.
