Residents have until June 25 to have their say on a planning application which could see 351 houses built on farmland between Long Lawford and the Western Relief Road.
The plan was submitted in May by Greenvolt Development Ltd, whose website states they are 'confident we can increase agricultural land values by up to 50 times'.

Richard Allanach, convenor of campaign group Rugby About Turn, said: "This site was considered when Rugby was developing its local plan.
"It was rejected then because it would result in Rugby swallowing Long Lawford.
"These fields are part of the Green Belt and should not be lightly given away."

Both Warwickshire County Council's Flood Risk Authority and the county council's Ecology Unit have objected to the plans - although the specifics of their objections have not yet been published on the planning portal.

The planning team is asking residents to make comments by Thursday, June 25.
