A special event on Easter Sunday brought people together and raised finds for Ukrainian troops.

There was a big turnout at the Railway Club in Rugby for the chance to discover Easter traditions, Ukrainian style.

And it raised £1,248.68 to buy a variety of items for Ukrainian soldiers – medical aid, hand warmers, thermals, chocolate, socks, underwear and other essentials.

Uki band TePeR were at the heart of the entertainment, which included singing, dancing, a Ukrainian market, tombola, spin the wheel, food and more.
