Three people have been arrested for drugs offences after Rugby detectives spotted suspicious behaviour.

Rugby detectives attended Church Street on Tuesday where three people were acting suspiciously.

All three were arrested for drugs offences and two males, aged 15 and 17, were later released on bail.

Yaneez Ahmed, 18, of Wentworth road, was subsequently charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, namely crack cocaine and heroin.

He appeared in court and has been remanded until November 24.
