Families and individuals living in the Kingsbury Park estate, in Coventry Road, say they have been battling overflowing sewage for around four years.
The issue has been raised with Mulberry Homes but residents say the developer instructs them to contact Severn Trent.

And residents are continuing to deal with flooding toilets, foul smells, and deposits spitting from plugholes.
The situation has continued to escalate following heavy rain, and sewage has been pooling at the bottom of streets.
Resident and mum-of-two Lucinda Dunn said: “We bought our Mulberry home in April 2021. Since then, every time we have heavy rainfall, our sinks gurgle and spit up black matter and we are unable to flush our toilets without internal flooding. I have been back and forth with Mulberry Homes about the issue and every time they say we need to contact Severn Trent.

Resident Sarah Hagan described a similar situation.
She said: “We also have the same issues at Greenfield Avenue.
“This affects our downstairs toilet and kitchen sink, we are unable to use it when the issue happens. The smell we get comes up the sink and it blows air bubbles up the toilet.
“This has been going on since October 2021.”
A spokesperson for Mulberry Homes responded: “As a private, family-owned business, we take huge pride in putting our customers first. As with any concern raised, we do our utmost to resolve any issues.

The residents, who are concerned it may be polluting the stream at the bottom of the estate, have also reported the issue to the district’s Environmental Health team.
