Workers and sub-contractors have resumed construction on creating homes for the Leamington and Lapworth communities in accordance with social distancing guidelines from the Government and the Construction Leadership Council.
Alistair Clark, managing director of AC Lloyd Homes, said they were focusing on homes which were nearly completed.
He said: “We have opened sites where there are houses which are mid-completion or where the exchange has been completed so that people who have been waiting patiently for their homes to progress will shortly be able to move in.

“We have been given the green light to resume working following Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s new advice on Sunday night and site procedures will be in place to ensure social distancing while working on construction sites.”
