In March the team announced that were cancelling their spring Wolf Run, which was due to take place in Warwickshire.

The team posted a statement on their Facebook page today (Thursday April 16).

The statement said: "It may come as no surprise, given the current pandemic developments, that we are sadly postponing the summer Wolf Run event in June.

"We have been waiting to see how the crisis will play out and it’s clear that with the inevitable extension to the lockdown period, there is a long way to go.

"By the time the isolation phase is over, it will not be possible to build a course and deliver an event to the standard we all desire.

"We will only host an event as and when it’s safe to do so, therefore we must wait a little longer.

"All June runners will have just been sent an email, which outlines your options and explains our decision in more detail.

"Please check your spam folders. We are incredibly grateful for the support and understanding you have shown and we vow to come back with a bang!

"We wish you all the best and stay safe."
