Warwickshire mum has published book about the positives of home education

Using the pseudonym A Warwickshire Mum, the mother of three publiished Plate Spinning and Hoop Jumping: a Journey Through Education in November.
She said: " I home educated my three children from 1999 until approximately three years ago and for us it was an amazing experIence.

Hide Ad"Back in March listening to the news and hearing the concerns of parents faced, unprepared to tackle home schooling I began to write down our experiences.
"I published this book on Amazon in November.
"I hope that our story will help and support other families that home education works."
"I’ve also set up a Facebook page, A Warwickshire Mum, which I try to use to support parents with home education ideas.
"I am using a pen name, A Warwickshire Mum, at the request of my children to protect their privacy, after all it is a book that is about them.

"I am so proud of all they have gone on to achieve and all they are now doing as adults. Being home educated has given them skills for life and has been a positive rather than a negative.
"Parents don’t need to panic by this enforced time without school attendance."
