Police arrest wanted man in Warwick
POLICE have caught and arrested a convicted robber after a search which lasted more than two weeks
Officers had appealed for the public’s help in finding Glenn Darren Anderson, 34, from Warwick district, who was wanted after breaching the terms of his prison release license.
A dedicated team was assigned to find and arrest him.
Speaking on Thursday, Pc Leanne Mason said: “We have received several calls in the last 24 hours with information about Anderson and as a result he was arrested in Warwick at lunchtime today.
“He has now been recalled to prison to serve the remainder of his sentence for robbery.
“We are delighted at the arrest and would like to thank everyone who called us to assist.”
