We reported about the incident on Sunday - and today (Monday) police described it as a 'mindless act of stupidity'.

PC Jones, from Kenilworth and Warwick Rural Police, said: "Following discussion with the Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service it would appear that this was a deliberate act.

"This mindless act of stupidity took up considerable emergency service resources in the middle of national pandemic. That’s saying nothing of the risks to everyone involved.
