Premier Inn in Leamington gets go ahead
A PREMIER Inn is now likely to open on the site of a disused shopping arcade in Leamington town centre.
Warwick District Council’s planning committee last night (Tuesday) voted unanimously to grant permission to build the 82-bedroom hotel on the site of the former Lee Longlands at the Regency Arcade in the Parade.
The plans also include a shop on the ground floor, a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop.
