Pumps are primed for Harbury’s 21st beer festival

MILDS, bitters, stouts, wheat and fruit beers - and even one lager style - will be flowing into glasses at the 21st Harbury Beer Festival tomorrow (Friday) and on Saturday.

Run by the Heart of Warwickshire branch of the Campaign for Real Ale, the ever popular event takes on the theme of West Yorkshire this year, with beers ranging from the well known Timothy Taylors to micro breweries that have only been brewing for two months.

The event will also play host to judging for the porter category for the West Midlands Region Beer of the Year competition, meaning six of the best porters from the area will be also be on tap. And to mark their 21st anniversary, organisers are including special beers.
