Restaurant offers food in its most wholesome and natural form
It may be the new kid on the block in terms of restaurants in Leamington - but its ethos is based on an idea dating back 12,000 years.
Town mayor John Knight was the guest of honour for Paleo’s official opening last week.
The restaurant in Warwick Street is the first of its kind to offer a modern take on the paleolithic diet of our cavemen ancestors.
Owner Jayne Hateley said: “Our focus at Paleo is to strip back food to how it should be eaten using wholesome and natural ingredients.”
